2024 FIRST QTR RESULTS
Founded in 1969 and headquartered in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Webco Industries, Inc. is a specialty manufacturer and value-added distributor of high-quality carbon and stainless steel tubing products designed to exacting industry and customer specifications. Webco serves multiple industries, including automotive, oil and gas, refining, processing, power generation, agriculture, and mining, with products used in consumer durable and capital goods. Our long-term strategy involves the pursuit of niche markets within the metal tubing industry through the deployment of leading-edge manufacturing and information technology. Webco has five production facilities in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania and eight distribution/value-added facilities in Oklahoma, Texas, Illinois, and Michigan, serving customers globally. Webco produces tubing for a wide variety of markets and end-use applications. The Company’s common stock is traded on the OTC Markets under the symbol WEBC.

Dana S. WeberChair of the Board of Directors and CEO
With Company since 1973.
Dana S. Weber became CEO of the Company in March 2011 and appointed to Chair of Webco’s Board of Directors in October 2018. Ms. Weber was President of the Company from June 1995 to April 2019, and Vice Chair of the Board from June 1990 to October 2018. From June 1990 to March 2011, Ms. Weber was also Chief Operating Officer.
Ms. Weber’s term as a Director of the Company expires in February 2027. Ms. Weber also served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from both August 1994 to July 1995 and June 1986 to June 1990. Ms. Weber has been with the Company in various positions since 1973.
Ms. Weber graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1979 and with a Juris Doctorate in 1983. Ms. Weber is also a 1986 graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development.
Ms. Weber is the daughter of Webco’s founder, the late F. William Weber.
David E. BoyerPresident, Vice-Chair, COO
With Company since 1984.
Mr. Boyer was appointed as a Director and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors in October 2018 and his term as a Director expires in February 2027. He was appointed as Chief Operating Officer by the Board of Directors in March 2011. He previously served as Senior Vice President – Tubing Operations and held that position from May 2001 to April 2019. Mr. Boyer is the Assistant Secretary and Assistant Treasurer of the Company. Mr. Boyer previously also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from July 1992 to May 2001; General Manager – Stainless Division from June 1991 to July 1992; as Product Manager, Stainless Products, from February 1989 to June 1991; and in various other positions with the Company since 1984. Mr. Boyer graduated from Millikin University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. Mr. Boyer received a Master of Science of Industrial Engineering from Oklahoma State University (OSU) in 1984. Mr. Boyer is a 1998 graduate of the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development. In 2022, Mr. Boyer was inducted into the OSU College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology Hall of Fame.
And most importantly, Mr. Boyer is honored to be the life-long husband and best friend of Sharon, the proud father of three wonderful daughters and sons-in-law, and the Forever D-Dad™ of seven very talented and most precious grandchildren.
Christopher L. KowalskiDirector, President and CEO of Phillips & Johnston
With Company since 1998.
Christopher L. Kowalski has been with the company or one of its subsidiaries since 1979. Mr. Kowalski’s term as a director of the Company expires in February 2028. Mr. Kowalski is President of Phillip’s & Johnston Inc. (“P&J”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Mr. Kowalski joined P&J in 1979 and has served as its president since 1987.
Prior to his employment with P&J, Mr. Kowalski worked for Central Steel & Wire, Inc.
Jack D. McCarthyDirector
With Company since 2001.
Jack D. McCarthy has been a Director of the Company since December 2001. Mr. McCarthy’s term as a Director of the Company expires in February 2026. Mr. McCarthy retired from the consulting firm of Alvarez & Marsal in 2021 where he was a Managing Director with responsibility for offices outside of Europe and North America. Prior to that he was the Senior Vice President. Mr. McCarthy was the Senior Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer of The Williams Companies (NYSE: WMB) from 1992 until his retirement in 2003. Mr. McCarthy had been with The Williams Companies since 1986, also having served as Executive Director of Taxation and Vice President and Treasurer.
Prior to joining the above employments, Mr. McCarthy held various executive and director positions in taxation and finance for Tenneco, Inc., El Paso Natural Gas, Inc., and Phillips Petroleum Company. Prior to those employments, Mr. McCarthy worked for the independent accounting firm, Ernst & Young, and a law firm. Mr. McCarthy holds a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University, and an MBA and BBA from the University of Michigan.
Catherine WilcoxDirector
With Company since 2019.
Catherine A. Wilcox has been a Director of the Company since June 2019. Ms. Wilcox’ term as a Director of the Company expires in February 2028. Ms. Wilcox previously served as General Counsel for Parkview Health from 1998 to 2013. Parkview Health provides health care in the Midwest through the efforts of its 15,000 plus employees. While serving as General Counsel, Ms. Wilcox had responsibility for the corporation’s legal matters for its many entities, as well as compliance, governance, corporate acquisitions and start-up organizations, insurance, risk management, clinical trials, and for intervals of time, for audit and human resources, as well. She was an associate and partner for many years at Rothberg, Logan and Warsco LLP, a Midwest law firm. She earned a law degree from the University of Tulsa. Over the course of her career, Ms. Wilcox has served on the board of numerous non profit organizations. Today, she owns and operates an on-line retailer, Resa Royale, which sells jewelry from international designers.
Michael P. HowardChief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President – Finance and Administration, Treasurer and Secretary
With Company since 1997.
Michael P. Howard is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and Treasurer, responsibilities he assumed when joining the company in January 1997. In 2013, Mr. Howard also assumed the role of corporate secretary.
From January 1996 to January 1997, Mr. Howard was Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer for Multimedia Games Inc. From May 1985 to January 1996, Mr. Howard was employed by the international accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand LLP, where he worked in the Business Assurance Group and served as the audit manager on the Company’s audit during five years of that period.
Mr. Howard is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma in 1986.
